GMC Digital operates the mobile application/website gmcdigital.com, referred to as the "GMC Digital Platform," facilitating the sale and purchase of various products to users ("User" or "Users" or "you" or "your").

This shipping and delivery policy ("Policy"), along with the Terms, outlines our procedures regarding the delivery and shipping of products purchased on the GMC Digital Platform.

We offer shipping and delivery services for our products across India. Partnering with leading logistics service providers, we aim to provide the best customer experience and ensure hassle-free delivery of your ordered products.

By using the GMC Digital Platform or purchasing a product on it, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Policy without any modifications. We recommend reviewing this Policy each time you visit the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using or accessing the GMC Digital Platform.

 

Terms of Shipping and Delivery

We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers to handle the shipping and delivery of products purchased on GMC Digital ("Logistic Partners"). Details of the Logistic Partner responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any purchased product will be provided to you when the product is handed over to the Logistic Partner by us. Our standard dispatch timelines depend on the delivery pin code. You can find estimated timelines on the "Product Detail Page" by entering the relevant delivery pin code. Upon order confirmation, the estimated timeline for delivery will be displayed on the "Product Detail Page," and order details will be shared via email and/or mobile number provided by you.

 While we aim to deliver products across India, we reserve the right to determine select areas unserviceable for delivery. In such cases, we or our Logistic Partners will not provide shipping and delivery services to those areas. You will be notified if your area is deemed unserviceable at the time of placing the order. You can also verify the serviceability of your area by entering the relevant pin code on the GMC Digital Platform. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is shipped and the pin code becomes unserviceable.

 To ensure timely delivery, we may collect specific information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of order placement. We will make reasonable attempts to deliver the purchased product within the estimated timeline. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a return, deducting shipping and delivery charges incurred by us.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of purchased products within the notified timeline, you acknowledge that delivery may be delayed due to various reasons beyond our control, such as logistical issues, unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or unforeseeable circumstances. In case of delays, we will make reasonable attempts to inform you via email or mobile number registered with us. However, we disclaim liability for failure to notify you of such delays and shall not be obligated to compensate for any resulting claims.

 We engage Logistic Partners and aim for professionalism and competence in delivery services. However, we shall not be liable for acts or omissions of delivery individuals, including deficiency in service, wrong deliveries, or package tampering. Any issues between you and delivery personnel must be resolved independently, and we shall not mediate or settle disputes arising thereof.

Upon placing an order, we hand over the product to our Logistic Partner and provide a unique tracking identity number for you to track delivery status. While we coordinate with Logistic Partners to ensure timely delivery updates, we do not guarantee the accuracy of tracking information due to potential technical difficulties.

You will receive the product after sharing a One-Time Password with our Logistic Partner. It is your responsibility to verify that all parts are included and the package is intact upon delivery. Refrain from accepting visibly damaged or tampered packages, as acceptance disqualifies you from return claims.

We reserve the right to charge shipping fees, which may vary based on factors such as product value, delivery area, and payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products, accepted by us upon verification. Title and risk of products pass to you upon delivery.

Product returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. Upon approval of return requests, our partners will arrange collection of the product. Returns are processed according to our Cancellation and Return Policy.
