WHAT IS THIS PRICING AND PAYMENTS POLICY?

Our Pricing and Payments Policy (PPP Policy) outlines the accepted payment methods, as well as our policies and procedures concerning pricing and payments for services offered through the GMC Digital Platform. At GMC Digital, our primary goal is to ensure that our platform is user-friendly and equipped with robust security measures to safeguard any financial information shared by users.

It is essential for users to carefully review and understand the terms outlined in this PPP Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise you not to accept the Terms of Use and this PPP Policy. You may choose to leave and discontinue the use of the GMC Digital Platform. By using, browsing, accessing, or making purchases from the GMC Digital Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this PPP Policy without modification.

We are committed to providing a transparent and secure environment for all transactions conducted on our platform. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our Pricing and Payments Policy, please feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

 Fees and Payment Options

At GMC Digital, we do not charge any fees for browsing our platform. However, we may consider implementing fees in the future for using the GMC Digital Platform as a whole or for specific features. If such fees are introduced, you agree to pay them accordingly. Please note that we are not obligated to provide advance notice before implementing these fees. Your continued use of the GMC Digital Platform following any fee changes will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.

 To ensure user convenience, we offer various payment options. These options may be subject to change without prior notice. The payment options currently available on GMC Digital include:

  • Payment through net banking facilities
  • Payment through select credit cards
  • Payment through select debit cards
  • Cash on delivery
  • Payments through prepaid payment instruments and electronic wallets
  • Payment through store credit
  • EMI (Equated Monthly Instalment)
  • Any other payment option provided by GMC Digital from time to time

 While we make reasonable efforts to offer diverse banking channels for Payment Options, currently, we only accept payments from major select banking avenues. We do not accept payments made through international debit/credit cards.

 Please note the following regarding Payment Options:

  • Acceptance of a user's payment through Payment Options is at GMC Digital's discretion. We reserve the right to reject payment for any reason.
  • We may request users to submit a copy of their photo identity proof (such as PAN card) to validate transactions. Failure to comply may result in payment rejection.
  • Users must provide correct, complete, and accurate financial information for Payment Options.
  • Users are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their financial information.
  • GMC Digital disclaims liability for any unauthorized use of a user's financial information.
  • Users are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lack of authorization, exceeding credit/debit limits, technical glitches, or transaction declination beyond GMC Digital's control.
  • GMC Digital may impose transaction limits, refuse transactions from users with suspicious activity, delay dispatch, or cancel purchases at its discretion. Users agree that GMC Digital is not liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

 All products listed on GMC Digital Platform include applicable taxes. Users are responsible for all associated fees, charges, and taxes, including GST, duties, and cesses.

 In case of pricing discrepancies:

  • If the maximum retail price of delivered products is lower than the final price paid, users can claim the difference within 24 hours of receipt. GMC Digital will issue a gift voucher/ credit note upon verification.
  • If the maximum retail price equals or exceeds the final price paid, users cannot claim any difference.
  • If the actual product price listed on the platform is higher due to error or glitch, and no offer or discount is provided, GMC Digital reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order. Refunds will be processed accordingly.

For refund processing, users must email care@gmcdigital.com. Refunds will be issued to store credit or the original payment source, depending on the initial payment method.

 At GMC Digital, we facilitate various payment options to enhance user experience and ensure seamless transactions. Please review the following terms and conditions related to payments and transactions:

  • Bank Terms and Conditions: In addition to our Payment and Pricing Policy (PPP Policy), users must adhere to the terms and conditions of their respective banks, financial institutions, or card issuing associations. These entities may decline or prevent electronic payments for purchasing products on the GMC Digital Platform, and GMC Digital is not liable for such actions.
  • Third-Party Payment Service Providers: GMC Digital may engage third-party payment service providers, including banks, to facilitate payments between users and other third parties. These providers may include payment aggregators, prepaid instrument providers, and logistic service providers. Upon successful product delivery, GMC Digital will initiate payments to these service providers.
  • Unauthorized Purchases: If a user notices an unauthorized charge on their payment instrument(s) for purchases made on the GMC Digital Platform, they must first verify if any authorized individuals carried out the purchase. If the charge remains unidentified, users must report the unauthorized purchase to GMC Digital within three business days for investigation.
  • Cash on Delivery: We offer a cash-on-delivery payment option, allowing users to pay cash to our delivery executive at the time of product delivery. Currently, this option is available for orders with a maximum value of INR 20,000. GMC Digital reserves the right to restrict cash on delivery for certain products or locations. Users must review and accept the terms outlined in the Cancellation and Return Policy for refunds related to cash-on-delivery transactions.
  • Store Credit: If an order is canceled and payment has already been made, users may opt to convert the paid amount into store credit, subject to approval by the customer support team. Refunds for cash-on-delivery transactions will be transferred as store credit to the user's account. GMC Digital may also grant store credit at its discretion. Store credit can only be used for future purchases on the GMC Digital Platform. Users agree that store credit will be forfeited upon deactivation of their account.
  • Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI): EMI payment option allows users to make staggered payments for product purchases as per the EMI and Additional Cashback Terms and Conditions. This option is available for purchases meeting the minimum cart value specified by participating banks. EMI payment is only applicable to credit cards issued by selected banks as specified on the platform. Users must adhere to the terms and conditions of the relevant banks for EMI transactions, and GMC Digital is not liable for any issues arising from the use of this payment option.

 Pricing and Promotions

At GMC Digital, we aim to provide transparent pricing and offer policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions related to product prices, offers, and promotions:

 

  • Price and Availability: Product prices, offers, and promotions may change without prior notice. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to change product prices, services, and availability at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided for orders due to price changes on the website.
  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in product and pricing information, errors may occur. In case a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that product, unless the product has already been delivered.
  • Promotion Errors: Despite our efforts to maintain promotion accuracy, there may be rare cases where a promo or discount is not applied correctly. Customers can cancel their orders and place a new one. After order delivery, any discount inaccuracies or concerns raised by the customer will not be entertained.
  • Freebies and Promotional Offers: Some freebies offered on our website are automatically added to the shopping cart, such as a TV wall-mount with a TV or a laptop bag with laptops. However, we also offer bundle promotions from time to time, which customers need to manually add to their cart to avail of the offer.
  • Adding Freebies to Cart: Customers must manually add freebies or promotional products to their cart to avail of the offer listed on the product page. If successfully added, the freebie will appear under "Order Details" in the customer's account section and in all email communications from GMC Digital Retail Ltd.
  • Requesting Coupon Codes: Customers can contact care@gmcdigital.com within 5 days of order placement to request a coupon code for ordering a missed freebie. The original order will be validated against the offer period, and a coupon code will be provided accordingly.
  • Invoice and Refund: The total invoice value will remain the same as listed on the website or the final order value. However, as per GST requirements, the price of the freebie or promotional product will be apportioned against the two products on the invoice. In case of return or cancellation, customers must cancel or return the freebie or promotional product for a full refund. Customers who retain the freebie will receive a refund minus the proportionate amount of the freebie as mentioned on the invoice.
