  • GMC Digital, operated by Ganesh Marketing, with its registered address at 20/1151-A, Nehru Park Road, Kadapa- 516001, Andhra Pradesh, (“GMC Digital”, “we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates the mobile application/website gmcdigital.com (referred to as the “GMC Digital Platform”), facilitating the sale and purchase of various products (“Products”) to users (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”) of the GMC Digital Platform.
  • This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms, governs the shipping and delivery procedures for Products purchased on the GMC Digital Platform. By using or purchasing from the GMC Digital Platform, you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.
  • We partner with third-party logistics service providers to facilitate the shipping and delivery of Products to you. Our standard dispatch timelines depend on the delivery pin code, and estimated timelines are provided on the ‘Product Detail Page’ upon entering the relevant pin code. While we aim to provide timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or unforeseeable circumstances.
  • In case of delays, we will make reasonable attempts to inform you via the email ID or mobile number registered with us. However, we disclaim liability for failure to notify you of such delays and shall not be obligated to compensate for any resulting claims.
  • We may determine certain areas as unserviceable for delivery, and we or our Logistic Partners may not process orders for such areas. If an area is deemed unserviceable, we will notify you at the time of placing an order, and you may verify unserviceable areas by entering the relevant pin code on the GMC Digital Platform. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the delivery pin code becomes unserviceable after shipment.
  • To ensure timely delivery, we may collect specific information from you, such as your name, shipping address, contact details, etc. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to avoid delivery issues.
  • Upon dispatch of the purchased Product, you will receive a unique tracking identity number to track delivery status. We engage with our Logistics Partners to update delivery status in real-time, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of tracking information due to potential technical difficulties.
  • You are required to verify the package upon delivery and refrain from accepting visibly damaged or tampered packages. Any issues with the package must be reported immediately to our customer service team.
  • We reserve the right to charge shipping fees based on various factors, and such fees are non-refundable unless a defective or incorrect Product is delivered, accepted by us after verification.
  • Product returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners, and returns are processed according to our Cancellation and Return Policy.
  • If you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy, please proceed with using the GMC Digital Platform for purchasing Products. If you do not agree with any provisions of this Policy, we advise you to refrain from using or accessing the GMC Digital Platform.

 Type of Information Collected

  • When you visit, access, use, or browse the GMC Digital Platform, you may be required to provide your information. We may share and utilize this information in accordance with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. Additionally, we may combine this information with other data to enhance our Products, services, content, and advertising.
  • By using the GMC Digital Platform, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information. You have the right to access, amend, alter, or request deletion of your information, either partially or fully, by logging into your account on the website and/or the app, following successful OTP validation.
  • Please note that the GMC Digital Platform is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18 (Eighteen) years. If we become aware that Personal Information has been collected from someone under 18 (Eighteen) years of age, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information within a reasonable timeframe. If a person under the age of 18 (Eighteen) uses our services in violation of our Privacy Policy and Terms, we shall not be held liable for any resulting damage or injury.

  • By using the GMC Digital Platform, you consent to the reproduction/publishing of all testimonials and reviews provided by you. We reserve the right to edit testimonials and reviews and reproduce/publish edited or paraphrased versions on the platform.  Opt-Out Policy

  • Third-party service providers with whom we may share information provided by you are not authorized to market their own services or send promotional emails or engage in promotional communication with you. Governing Law

The terms of this Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute regarding or arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.

Severability

Whenever possible, each section of this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in a manner so as to be valid under applicable law. However, in the event any provision is held to be prohibited or invalid, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or other remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy.
